In case you ever wanted to know how to "Disco Dance," click here. You don't even need to be able to understand Finnish. :)

  1. This is so funny! I LOOOOVVEE that white attire! But my most favorite is the classic white and black tenny-runners with the rounded toe that he was moving to the beat! I love it! Thanks for the smile. You're the best. By the way, I think it makes it more hillarious that we have NO CLUE what he is saying! It was a keeper from the first move! So, can we pick you guys up for some disco dancen' this weekend?

    Oooooooooooh!

This is hilarious! I'll definitely have to share this with my teenaged-son. I'm sure he'll learn some new dance moves from it! Apparently, you aren't supposed to smile and show any signs of fun while dancing.

I was a little concerned at around the 3:23 mark. I thought something had definitely gone wrong with his legs. What was that?!

    Thanks for sharing, Alice!

  3. Oh, my WORD!!! I think that was the funniest thing I've ever seen. I needed to laugh that hard, thank you.
And, yes, I agree that as with love, dance is a universal language. Now, what it is exactly that he is saying with those hips may not be rated pg. I just want to know... at what point did someone say "you know, grandpa, you ought to teach those sweet moves to your Swinging 70s group!" (and I don't mean 1970s)

  4. I can't believe you are watching funny videos on YouTube at a time like this!!!! How insensitive!

Ha ha! - yesterday, I was so mad at the mean comments that people have been making. Today . . . I think it's funny (and so is that video). I'm glad our family has enough sense to realize that laughter truly is the best medicine.

  5. It is amazing what you can find on YouTube. My kids watch car races, bugs stalking other bugs and and clips of cartoons and shows from when we kids.
Glad you are continuing to laugh.
Are you taking video of Christian riding the bike? That might be kinda cute as well.
I scrapbook and it might be nice to show them how far they have come. I scrapbook the good as well as the bad.
I'm doing a book for my younger (39) yr old sister who fought ovarian cancer all summer. She is now in remission and we documented everything from the day she was diaganosed to the day her fiance shaved her head, to the morning she was wheeled out of the hospital after her last treatment. Just a thought.
It is nice to go back and look at. My kids said she will forever be Auntie Gypsy (because she wears a scarf sometimes instead of her wig) I think that is really cute.
Anyways...I am rambling..I have often been told I have the gift of gab...maybe it really isn't a gift.
So keep laughung...its just what the Dr ordered!

  6. This is funny. I am always amazed at what you can find on you tube. There are so many people out there just hungry for a camera!

I didn't turn on the sound until about half way through. SO disappointed the music wasn't CopaCabana!

Thanks for the link, I needed the laugh!

  7. That was a crack up!! Thanks for sharing, for once I had something to show the teenager who always shows me the funny ones on you tube.

Have you ever watched the ones where people play practical jokes on other people. There is this bigfoot one that is hysterical. Take a peek if you get a chance.

Glad you are all doing so good and enjoying family time. Keep it up!

But it's so much funnier when you DO understand Finnish. My wife is from "Suomi". I had fun watching her roll her eyes in embarrassment :) Best wishes to your family member at the at Copa. That place may not look very nice, but it's got some of the BEST doctors around.
